Re: Seat recall
Not aware of a seat recall. However, when I collected my car from the dealer back in April, the driver’s seat height adjustment wasn’t working (all the other movements seemed ok). It went in for repair and was returned to me working. I was told though that a diagnostic check had flagged a fault with...

Re: Update 1.4.2 released
My first T-roc in 2018 bottle of bubbly. Second T-roc in 2021 same dealer, barely got a handover (it was covid I suppose but still). EX30, decent handover but no freebies, not even a key ring. We should be taking delivery of a new Mini electric in the next few weeks so we shall see what Mini give you…

Re: Auto 'on' steering wheel heater
Permanently turns off the automatic activation of the heated steering wheel in cold weather. It can still be activated manually as and when you want by bringing up the heater controls at the bottom of the screen

Re: Auto 'on' steering wheel heater
Do you have this set to off? With my EX30 the heated steering wheel remains off irrespective of the outside temperature (unless I manually switch it on of course). IMG_8715.jpeg Edit: I realise I may have misunderstood your comment. Are you saying that, when set to Auto, the steering wheel heating a...

Re: Auto 'on' steering wheel heater
Press the fan button at the bottom of the screen then select settings (the ‘cog wheel’) and it should be available there.

Re: Seatbelt rattle
I did have an issue with my passenger seat belt. The height adjustment didn’t work and the belt would only retract properly if it was held at a specific angle. It became an issue after my sunroof, which had suffered a crack from a flying stone, had been replaced by Autoglass but I can’t be sure the ...

Re: Energy saved/recharged with OnePedal drive
In principle and until no one proves me otherwise. I use OPD in the city, always, and on interurban or mountain roads, too. On the highway, never. The OPD, in very fine maneuvers, especially parking on slopes (my country has many), in my opinion reduces sensitivity with the pedal and accelerator. I...

Re: Update 1.4.2 released
I read somewhere (maybe here or on reddit) that the top of the screen is reserved for the driver information and is independent of the rest of the screen which is essentially the bit driven by AAOS (android automotive operating system). Carplay sits in the AAOS portion of the screen. For those sayin...

Re: Grinding Noise
I believe, on most, if not all cars there is a metal or plastic shroud on the inside covering the whole of the brake disc apart from the bit inside the callipers to protect it from dust and water (according to a google search I just did). Occasionally bits of grit or small stones get between the shr...
