RHD wouldn't explain why it can be loaded by a dealer but not OTA. It is either RHD compliant or not.

I am in the UK and still no sign of 1.5. Although from what I have seen I don't really know if I'm actually waiting, as I haven't seen much signs of any real improvements over 1.4.2
