Hi all,
Interesting to see someone mention their Ultra order might be faster than a Plus.
Talking to the local dealer, nearly all their early orders are for the Plus, which is understandable considering the Ultra is an awful lot more (such a shame you can’t add the panoramic roof to the Plus as an order).

Is the general thought that Plus orders will take longer due to the sheer volume of demand compared to the Ultra?

It’s interesting, I’ve noticed it now on the company car list and yet the Plus is more expensive to have as a company car than say a Mercedes EQA which is about £10k more to buy!!
I’m guessing because residuals aren’t known on leases yet? Seems odd considering it’s lower price than most other ‘premium’ models of similar size.

If I was cynical I would just say whichever vehicle gives them most profit

Welcome to this forum.

In the UK, the Plus has always been showing at Volvo as 8-10 months whereas the Ultra has always been 6-8 months. That was the case when I ordered on 12 June.

So it's nothing to do with the orders received. It's a concious decision to release the Ultra first.

On the official Facebook group the vast majority of people have ordered the Ultra.

And of course in the UK, but not necessarily elsewhere, the Core model hasn't been launched yet - so it'll be a longer wait for one of those here.

This is the delivery schedule for FINLAND:

... so you can see that there the Ultra is about 6 months, the Plus about 9 months and the Core is about 9-10 months

I ordered an EX30 on 21 October and when I click track my order it says: Production Complete – 23rd October / Car in transit to retailer.

Surely this can't be right? Just wondered if anyone else had anything similar?

Quite a few reports on Facebook of similar experiences. I suggest you ring Volvo to talk through.
