Hello all, I am a new member and took delivery of my single motor extended range EX30 a week ago.
First impressions are of a pleasant little SUV with a not very friendly software suite. Even my dealer's tech staff seem to be somewhat bemused by it all.. I am particularly concerned by my car's occasional and frightening lunges towards oncoming traffic!. I have no idea what triggers these excursions but the force applied to the steering wheel is considerable. Needless to say, for safety's sake, I want to stop this happening. We have tried cancelling Pilot Assist (?) via the central screen and by pulling down the right hand stalk as far as it will go. So far with no success (it happened again today).
Can anyone suggest a fix for this please?

Sounds like the lane keeping aid.

Try it with it turned off - go to Quick Settings bottom left.

Thank you very much gloucester. I have found that I have a choice of Pilot Assist or Speed Limiter, sadly I want neither!
The violent lunge to the right comes out of the blue and startles on coming drivers as well as me. Fortunately it is over in a split second not leading to crossing the centre line.

No - ignore those.

It's Lane Keeping Aid you need to try turning off. Note you can only deselect it when in D.
