How do you feedback areas for improvement to Volvo
HI, I am sure that I have read somewhere on here that Volvo is collecting feedback to make constant improvements via OTA downloads. I would like to add to this feedback but I am not sure where to go, can you let me know please
Volvo EX30, Onyx Black, Ultra, Twin Performance v1.4.
I have used the feedback section on the "contact us" section of the EX30 App.
Although I have given them feedback there, I have received no feedback from Volvo to my feedback, so I just have to trust that they monitor it.

I'm currently in contact with "Kamaal - Customer Care | UK & Ireland" by email.
I also have direct email links to two of the Volvo Facebook personnel.
The main problem is assembling a list of all the irks! Must get round to it.

I have sent all my feedback and complaints to volvo-support@volvocars.com. It takes a while for responses, but I do get responses. I think I only have one feedback email currently outstanding and awaiting a reply. I have had courteous replies to all my feedback or complaints. I dropped one because an OTA update solved the internet connectivity for me. One complaint (about lack of Apple CarPlay) was upheld. Most of my feedback conversations have resulted in 'take the car to your dealer' as their suggested solution. But I know, by speaking to my salesman there, that they are seeing the same problems. It doesn't stop me reporting any new issues I see as I think its important they know the level of dissatisfaction.
One of my most annoying problems I have solved by only listening to FM radio (and not DAB radio) and then the brake pedal doesn't mute the radio. The only major issue I am left with, is the one that annoys me most, and that's the continued lack of Apple CarPlay. I'm not seeing many of the problems others see and refer to here - and I do now enjoy driving the car.

Hi Graham thanks for your information. I am not experiencing too many problems. It annoys me that the Parking sensor screen pops up sometimes and I can't swipe it away. My main irritation is that I have to reverse in to a narrow garage, is it would be great to have a link to fold mirrors in the reverse/ camera screen rather than having to go in to park to fold/ unfold the mirrors. Apple car Play would be a great benefit and I probably wouldn't have bought the car if I had known about this but otherwise all is good.

I couldn't believe there was no way to drop the mirrors (or at least the passenger side) when reversing. My 17 year old BMW 3-series Coupe could do that. Folding them, when only in P, is also daft and restrictive. You should be able to do it any time. I thought you could swipe away those popups? Maybe certain ones can't be, or maybe that broke in the 1.4 update. I must try it.edenr1 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 18, 2024 4:27 am Hi Graham thanks for your information.
