I joined the group and tried to post twice - nothing. I message the admins and asked why they didn't publish and could they please do so. Nothing. So have given up.

On Thursday I wrote an email to volvo-support@volvocars.com, regarding this issue viewtopic.php?t=462
Yesterday a Volvo Car Italy employee contacted me by phone and asked for more details about the problem, as well as a video of the screen when the fault occurs
I was pleasantly surprised by this first and quick assistance

Wow! :o

But even if they censor the post...the have to read it to mark them as "expendable" and if they read a lot of messages with the same issue, maybe the take note of it. Being positive.
